  • Pastor Alfredo Eborda - Pastor Emeritus

    International Baptist Church of Pinellas, Inc. welcomed Pastor Fred Eborda as their senior pastor in 2010. He graduated with a Bachelor of Theology from the Fundamental Baptist Bible Institute in Quezon City, Philippines. He received his Master of Ministry and Divinity from Harvester Theological Seminary in La Union, Philippines, under the leadership of Dr. Cresencio Dayogo.

    In 2015, he founded the Friend’s Connection for Jesus Christ Ministries, Inc. It is an organization that connects missionaries and churches to able and willing churches and friends.

    He is so blessed and grateful to be the husband of a very loving and supportive wife, Mary Jane Cariaga. She is a wonderful mother to their four children; Pastor Altimothy, Hannah Jayne, Athniel Fred, and Hadassah Marie. They are all intelligent and talented children who love and serve the Lord. He considers it a great blessing and privilege to serve the Lord with the faithful members of International Baptist Church of Pinellas, Inc.

  • Pastor Robert Young - Senior Pastor

    Pastor Bobby was raised in a loving, Christian home. After completing over 23 years in the military he felt a calling to serve in ministry with his wife Courteney and his son Billy.

    He served as the music ministry director for International Filipino Baptist Church (IFBC) in Temple Terrace, FL. He is a student of Friendship Bible Baptist Institute (FBBI). Pastor Bobby has been with IBCPI since 2019 where he was ordained in August of 2019.

    He is currently serving as the Associate Pastor for IBCPI in Pinellas Park, FL and also serves as a faculty member of FBBI. He has been married to his wife Courteney for over 10 years. They have one son, Billy, and a dog named Fuji.

  • Pastor Tim Young - Missions Pastor

    Pastor Tim was born in Asheville, N.C. in February 1953. He served in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and retired from the Department of Homeland Security in 2010.

    He was married to his late wife, Rose Young for 47 years, originally from the Philippines. He served as a Deacon with the International Filipino Baptist Church (IFBC) in Temple Terrace, FL. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry from Harvester Bible Baptist Theological College and Academy, Rosario, La Union, Philippines, extension of Salt Lake Baptist College.

    He is currently serving as the Pastor for Missions with the International Baptist Church of Pinellas Park, FL he also serves as a faculty member of Faith Bible Baptist Institute (FBBI), located in Tabuating, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.

  • Brother Pem Nelmida - Senior Deacon

    Pem Deocaris Nelmida, P.E., S.I. graduated from Manuel L. Quezon Elementary School and Manila High School, both in Manila, Philippines. In 1978, he earned a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.S.C.E.) from the University of the Philippines. After graduation, he joined Design, Consultation and Construction Development (DCCD) Engineering Corporation, which is owned and run by the professors and graduates of the University of the Philippines, as civil-structural junior engineer. He was about to enroll for his second year for his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Ateneo de Manila, when he was offered an all-expenses paid, six months training in the design and manufacturing of the filigree wideslab system in Florida. He was later offered a job as structural engineer designing condominiums, office buildings and hospitals all over Florida by the U.S. Filigree Wideslab, Inc. and Engineering and Construction Consultant, Inc (ECCI), a design and build, and manufacturing firms. He later part ways with these companies as Chief Engineer after seven years, when the company decided to buy a 100-year old company and moved to Rhode Island.

    Pem also worked three years as structural engineer with Rich & Associates, Inc. designing precast, post-tensioned parking garage buildings in Florida and other states. He also worked three years as structural engineer and threshold building inspector for James E. Jones and Associates Consulting Engineers designing marina renovations and building and foundation repairs of several buildings.

    From 1995 to the present, he is employed by Pinellas County Schools as Structural Engineer, Project Manager, Building Code Inspector and Plans Examiner. He is a registered Civil Engineer in the Philippines and a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and South Carolina.

    Pem joined the International Baptist Church of Pinellas, Inc. (IBCPI) in 2003 and accepted the Lord Jesus in his life as his Lord and Personal Savior on June 30, 2003. Since 2007, Pem is a trustee and the registered agent of the church and has served other positions as secretary and treasurer. Pem became a deacon in 2011 providing administrative support to the pastor. On December 2011, he also obtained a Bible College Diploma for a three-year chronological study of every Book of the Bible offered by John T. Yates, AA, BS, MAR, Founder of Faith Bible Institute at Monroe, Louisiana. He is married to his loving wife, Maribeth Canezo-Nelmida since 2003.
